What you will do
- Spend time with our founder, gaining valuable insights and experience
- Take ownership of strategic projects from idea to execution with founders
- Streamline and professionalize workflow, processes, and organization
- Develop and maintain business planning, financial modeling, and reporting
- Improve finance and accounting processes to enhance efficiency
- Drive business development and sales activities, expanding our reach
- Develop and iterate new service offerings for continuous growth
Your Profile
- Pursuing or hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier university
- Prior work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments
- Proactive with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Hands-on attitude, comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
- Business fluent in both German and English languages
