As a Growth Project Lead you will take over the responsibility of a client’s project success from beginning to end. You take over the challenging role of orchestrating all internal efforts while aligning them with the interests of the client. You find joy in bringing people together, solving complex problems and creating tangible success. In this position, you'll be at the intersection of a consulting role, where strategic, conceptual thinking is key, and a project manager role in a leading marketing boutique, where execution is equally vital.With your high level of professionalism and empathy, you become a trusted partner for the client and all stakeholders involved in a project.

What you will do

  • Leadership responsibility of clients projects while orchestrating various internal expert teams, syncing with client teams and ensuring mutual commitment of all stakeholders. This includes a blend of strategic, consultative guidance and hands-on project management.
  • End-to-end responsibility of the projects’ success by monitoring progress and purposefulness of all activities, with an emphasis on integrating business strategy with aligned growth marketing efforts. 
  • Lead communication effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a structured, goal-driven and highly professional manner 
  • Develop creative solutions to complex problems by combining your past experience, superior logical and analytical thinking and internal expert knowledge and intertwining broader business concepts with marketing insights.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years consulting working experience or similar fast paced and client facing work environments and preferably with a focus on strategic consulting and growth marketing execution.
  • Effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills, in English and German, needed to build strong relationships based on trust
  • High level of drive and initiative, willing to go the extra mile
  • Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking and strong project management skills with the ability to balance conceptual planning with growth execution.
  • Rigorous and solution oriented problem solving and analytical skills, combined with capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations, ability to navigate ambiguity at ease
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize, aligning both strategic business objectives and marketing goals.
