ToolTime is a digital company that develops a SaaS solution for the digitization of trade offices. Through ToolTime, businesses can coordinate appointments, record workloads, document work or even implement invoice processing in one system. With approx. € 50 million in funding, +85 employees and thousands of customers, ToolTime is one of the leading young SaaS companies in Germany.

ToolTime's target group is SMEs in the skilled trades sector. The aim was to reach them effectively and to achieve a continuous growth curve in the number of leads and new customers. In order to be able to act effectively in the short term, ToolTime lacked the appropriate internal resources and the necessary experience.

our solution

altitude developed a growth engine for ToolTime, which focused on acquiring highly qualified leads via digital campaigns. Through close coordination between the strategy, performance, and creative teams, we were able to establish a continuously growing baseline on the one hand, while at the same time repeatedly setting new growth impulses through special campaigns. In the media mix, we included channels such as meta, Google Search, Google Display, Native Display, and direct partnerships with publishers.

In parallel, we established a reporting system that also tracked and evaluated leads beyond marketing acquisition. Thus, we were able to control the channels not only quantitatively but also qualitatively and ensure sustainable growth.

We were also responsible for setting up a landing page system in which we continuously performed A/B tests and individualised the landing pages for different campaigns.
